Easy 1-2-3 Biscuits

This 20 minute biscuit recipe only has 3 ingredients! It is the perfect quick & hot addition to any table, breakfast, lunch OR dinner! My mom used to make these when we were growing up and we always fought over the last one. I love how versatile this recipe is and how it always comes out super light and fluffy! I'm only showing one ingredient list and you will see why! :)

Alright! Let's get cookin' and spend some thyme together ya'll! Per the usual I included the basic ingredients you need for this recipe, the ingredients I used, and directions to follow along. If you modified something, then skip that step or replace the step with your own ingredient!

1-2-3 Biscuit Recipe

Keep It Simple | Just The Basics:

1 Cup Milk

2 Cups Self-Rising Flour (I got you, look below)

3 TBSP Mayonnaise

Thyme For Mine | Make it With Me:

1 Cup Milk

2 Cups Self-Rising Flour (I got you, look below)

3 TBSP Mayonnaise

3 TSP Baking Powder

Pinch of Salt

Direction Thyme:

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Because NO one has self-rising flour these days… simply mix baking powder, salt, and flour together before adding other ingredients

3. Add milk & Mayo to flour mixture

4. Drop on to well-greased pan, or parchment lined pan, or into a well-greased cupcake pan

5. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown

TIP: Make it special, add herbs and spices to mix up the flavor!

Enjoy!
